Wholesaling can be done without money or credit, but you will have to invest more time doing some of the free marketing techniques.
You have to invest either money or time.
- If you don’t have money, you can do more work yourself, but it might take longer to get a deal.
- If you have money to spend on marketing, you can get a deal faster.
It’s definitely possible either way!
